I have two loans with lisle, since my situation has changed , I asked to refinance at a lower rate , I have almost 9 percent , I was told I do not have enough income ( need I say I am a single parent that is now disabled and will be for the rest of my life and if i can pay this WHY dont i have enough to pay less at a lower rate , ) then I asked for the hard ship papers , I was sent a letter saying they will be very happy to help me MOVE out of my home, letter from the bank president , since then I am getting harassing letters saying I need to show proof of insurance , or I am in violation of my mortgage , I have never let it laps I have always had insurance , and also I need to say as soon as you laps the insurance notify's the bank, I am not keeping up my home , I will have leave my house . this is in violation of my mortgage contract , I told them lower my rate and I can put more into it , they told me they want to send a appraiser INTO my home , I told them NOTHING has changed with my home since I got my mortgage and my mortgage has always been PAID on time , I just need to refinance at a lower rate or get a temp hardship so I can keep on paying until I sell and move somewhere more affordable ,so their attitude is pay what they say , or MOVE OUT NOW lisle is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE . for me stay away , walk on past , i don't understand a bank that rather forclose then have you keep paying.
