Dr. Dan did an excellent job on my carpets. Not only was he on time, but he was even early! He immediately put me at ease as he entered my house (not always easy when an unfamiliar person enters your house), listened to my needs, and gave me feedback. I am a curious person, and he was very willing to talk to me about the process as he completed the job. He cleaned my carpets and upholstery, and my couch looks almost new! Dr. Dan really seems to understand that it takes lots of patience and work to get the job done right. He scrubbed away at spots that I didn't even see. I could not be happier.
