My boyfriend and I moved in due to financial problems and from the day I walked into that office I had a really bad experience. I live there now and I go in the office maybe once or twice a week and everytime I get nasty attitudes from ALL the staff. Especially the main girl(the big fat one) she lives in the apartments with her husband who is one of the maintanence men their and they pretty run the place....not very well though. The apartment itself was absloutely disgusting the day I moved in, I never recieved a checklist, my lease is almost up and everything that was broken when I moved in is still broken....the maintanence men have absoklutely noooo idea what they are doing!!! The communitty has to be the worst though.....this complex houses the absolute sum of sanford....nasty, nasty people. very rude, very loud, and they will try and break in to your car, apartment, and even try and rob you....i m scared to even walk my trash to the dumpster alone. Oh, and the ""fitness room"" is the size of a small clost with THREE machines....and TWO are broken. hahah this placeis just aweful!!!!! I CANNNOOOOT wait to get out of my lease!!! I will be wlaking away and never looking back. cheapo or not this place is a horrible!!! place to live.
