Review content:
I was really pleased with Wil-Ridge of Evanston. I went in with a rattle in my car. They lubed the car and changed the oil. They also told me about a rusted left strut. Joe said that if I didn't want to spend a whole lot of money, I might want to buy a new car. My car was 10 years old, and it had a bad rust situation not visible to the eye. It was in the body system and was a safety issue. Joe was very honest with me. He told me that he doesn't sell cars, only repairs them, but he looked up what it would cost to repair my car and shared it with me honestly. He told me that of course the decision was mine, but that his advice would be to take my money and get a new car. He said that I could drive my car like it was but to be very careful of potholes. Since I live on a street full of speed bumps I went and got a new car. It was my first time using Wil-Ridge, a friend who also had an old car recommended them, and I would go back to that man in a heartbeat. He was absolutely forthright and honest.
