We go to Wil Ridge Autosvc because of John. He is just terrific and easy to work with. He's honest, direct, and forthright. He gives more information than we can understand sometimes. We go there, my husband goes there, my kids to there, my friends go there. Everyone likes John!
My car had died in a parking lot at my child's school. I called the closest place, which was Wil Ridge Autosvc and they helped by charging my battery. They did it at no extra charge! I've been using them ever since, for ten years now. I always tell people to go to Wil Ridge! They are honest and helpful. I tell people the story of when we first connected, and they said "that works" and they go there! I live about two to three miles away so if it's good weather, I will walk home from the shop. If the weather is bad, they'll drive me, so they're very customer-oriented!
