Review content:
Hands down the easiest car purchase I have ever made. I worked with Jared Wickstrom directly. I had already planned to purchase a 2012 Equinox and was working with several dealers when Michael Seydlitz responded to my internet request. Jared and Michael without any hesitation beat my best price by about $400. In addition, when the original dealer I was working with delayed making the dealer trade for the car I wanted (I believe in an attempt to sell me something off their own lot instead), Jared made the trade no questions asked before he even valued my trade-in or met me in person. Don't get me wrong, we still went through price negotiation and trade-in value negotiation (which should be expected), but at no time did I feel pressured or stressed... we also agreed on trade-in value very quickly ($1500 more then CarMax offered me) and he beat my best price before I ever walked on his lot. The prior year my wife bought a new Mitsubishi Outlander and at the time named all car salesmen ""Scum Bags"". Wickstrom definitely changed her opinion as we had an extremely good experience working with them. If possible, I will buy from them again.
