i called northland tow monday morning spoke with the dispatcher named michael bout getting my car unlocked while it was running, typical monday morning for me running late and then doing something stupid on my part to make me even later. i told him i called 2 other companies and they would be over an hour to help me, michael assured me that he could have one of his driver there in 30 min or less no longer i hung up the phone it seemed like the tow truck was in front of my house... no joke they must of been around the corner cause they were not enen 10 min... i asked the driver how northland tow responds so fast unlike other companies in the area his answer was there boss has them spread out through the city for timely eta and thats what makes us stick out over other companies... i just everyone to know northland tow gets 2 thumbs up from me and my family...
Pros: great dispatcher, great drivers, great company
