World gym hampton bays is a great place to workout ..it's not a cardboard cutout of most gyms.. the staff cares to say Hello and goodbye whenever you visit and they'll leave you alone if you want, or be right there to spot you or offer advise.. mostly it is friendlyand fun.. there's always some thing special going on, they offer a lot in a very comfortable atmosphere, seems there is new equipment and things to try quite often, and it's never too busy that you have to wait for equipment or change your routine. There's different classes, and even some guys in them.....best gym I've ever been to.. there's even a good Bagel Shop upstairs in the convienient shopping center... thanks to Nancy the owner and the staff. Try it..!
