When we bought carpet from Schrader they promised installation in 7-10 days. About two weeks later we got a call telling us that it would be another two weeks. Eventually we got a call telling us that it could be installed the next day and we took off work to supervise the installation. The next day we got a call telling us that not only was the carpet not going to be installed that day but that it had not even shipped from the factory yet and would not for another week. We asked for some kind of compensation and they refused. I do not know if they were lying or just incompetent but needless to say they are a business with zero credibility and no concern for customer satisfaction. You are better off driving to Home Depot across the river.
