DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!! Had a new house inspection done, they said there was NO LIVE INFESTATION!!! Well, the day we moved in and started to paint, my husbands hand went though the wall, only to find that we were indeed up to our elbows with ""worker termites"". The house was treated for termites before me moved in (as a precaution), and when they showed up to Retreat, which was under warranty for 1 year, they stormed out after I questioned their ""inspection"" and refused to treat my house, saying they were never coming back. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!! I was also told by Mr. Dreyer Senior (its a father and son team) ""Listen lady, this happens in every house"". So they basically admitted that their inspections are bogus. You would be better off spraying RAID instead of calling on these guys.
Cons: Do not honor the warranty. They take your money and run away laughing.
