Alpha-Omega Cleaners is run by a very young unprofessional girl named Rebekah Lee. They damaged my white coat it turned dirty gray, the tag was ripped off and the black buttons were bleached. Rebekan with a smurk said you have no proof I can say I got it like that and she laughed. She also said she did not care because I was a new customer. I never encountered such rudeness and immaturity she said she found it funny and if I wanted to take her to court. All I had said was this is damaged, it was not like this and this was only a 3month old wool coat that was cleaned once before at another cleaners with no problem. The only reason I tried this place was because I needed a local dry cleaners, I always send my items to the city and they do not even come close.This dry cleaners is located on 101-11 Queens Blvd near 67th Road train which has a large storefront next to the pizzeria. They are unbelievably rude, have no work ethic, zero customer service and are very unprofessional! Avoid at all costs!!!!
