My home was affected by the Nashville flood, and it was a nightmare finding storage. I ran into Michael with A Plus Storage at another location while looking for a storage room to put all my stuff. He was very helpful. He called their other facility in Spring Hill, and I went right there. They made whatever I needed available for me.
They helped me move my things, and they even helped me with the cost because I didn't have help from anywhere else at the time. They worked with me and were the first ones to give me peace of mind. My life is stored in their facility right now.
They are always there when I call them, and if they are not in the office it is forwarded to Michael's own phone. If they don't pick up I get a call back within 15 to 20 minutes. They have been very, very helpful. I am a Realtor, and I called the owners of A Plus Storage to let them know I will be recommending them to my clients.
The flood was in May, and I didn't find them until September, so I had gone to other storage companies. It was a nightmare. My experience with A Plus was great. They helped me during a really bad time in my life, and they are still helping me. They went way beyond what most people would do and were always there to help. My things are safe in storage even though the issues with my house are continuing on.
They have been such a blessing. The pricing was affordable, and they helped me when I had to pay out of pocket. They went way above and beyond what was necessary, which I didn't find anywhere else. I am so glad our paths crossed.
