My husband and I signed with 800-New Look the same day that Steve Ingalls came out to give us a quote on a new roof. Steve was very honest and took the time to explain everything to us. We have a two story with a steep roof and Steve's guys finished the entire roof in just one day. Steve helped me pick the tiles and he was right on, they were beautiful. The guys must have circled my house three or four times cleaning up all the debris. The workers were so polite, they even took the time to talk with my inquisitive five year old grandson. What a pleasant experience. Steve was there all day making sure everything went smooth. Thank You so much!
