Kelley Varner, owner of Showcase Windows and Interiors in Greensboro, NC was very eager to get my business and decorate my home in Cary, NC. She was prompt initially w/ all the designs and furniture choices and made excellent recommendations to finish out my home. Once the items were paid for, however, things changed. I have yet to see my furniture arrive/delivered to my home. I have paid this woman > $27,000 to outfit my house and have not been able to get her to schedule a delivery date to finish her job. She has been surprisingly unprofessional, avoidant and suspicously deterring any future attempts to deliver the furniture I already paid for. She is highly unprofessional and unreliable.
