I used this mover and it was a diaster, they packed toys from the sandbox and pool with my computer. They packed free weights losely in the same box with my sterio. They broke things. Nearly every piece of my brand new furniture was damaged by them. My daughters video monitor disappeared in this move and the owner said to me how do I know it was ever there? Rather than making it right. In fact even after writing out a claim, writing him a letter and leaving several messages about the monitor, when I spoke to hiim he claimed to know nothing about it. I asked him didn't your read the claim? Didn't you read my letter? What about the messages I left ABOUT the monitor needing to be replaced?
Cons: they are not professional, break and damage everything plus no quality cust service
