Review content:
I've owned Mercedes since I can remember, but when it came time for me to buy another car I wanted to at least look around at other brands first. So I went to a few Audi and BMW dealers. I was treated kindly at most of the places I went, until they found out I wasn't sure of what I wanted. Then I was treated like dirt, they assumed I was just window shopping I'm sure... I noticed a substantial difference when I walked into BMW of Morristown. I was greeted by a the salesman and then treated like a queen. He showed me all the different models, new and used and told me about all the packages and extras each car came with. Even though I wasn't there for a new model and I still wasn't sure of exactly what I wanted, he remained patient and helpful the entire time. I told him I would be getting a used vehicle if any and his attitude didn't falter, instead he asked me my personal driving needs and showed me cars that he felt suited me best. My money didn't seem to matter, my peace of mind seemed more important to them. Sure it was clear they wanted to make a sale, but the level of professionalism was unheard of. I've never in all my years encountered such a friendly salesman. I fell in love with the look of the 3 series, it's such a sleek looking car and I love convertibles. I found a really nice 2008, 3 series in black with low miles that was in my price range and made up my mind then that it was what I wanted. Not only because it's a great looking car, but the way I was treated at this dealership made the decision a lot easier for me. Haggling with the finance department wasn't too bad, he was very through in explaining the charges and prices, but fast about it. Usually it can take hours. This time it went quite smoothly, and I got my car the next day. I had such a pleasing experience I later returned for service, several times. This is the best dealership I've ever done business with. Kind, patient and courteous. I couldn't be happier with my car or the buying process. The service is also great! Making an appointment isn't always easy, but the level of care they put into my car is unmatched. I will gladly continue to return to them for future purchases and service.
