Too much inventory!! Not accepting anything!! I wish I would have read the google reviews before I went because everything the bad reviewers are saying is correct. All non personal customer service aside, I think the biggest problem is that they probably accepted too many things in the beginning and now are not taking anything, which they should tell you on the phone instead of encouraging you to pack up all your things and drive there just to waste your time. I saw a lot of things in the store that were no where in as good of shape as what I brought in and smelled bad, that they obviously accepted sometime prior and now had an overprice on them. The one employee did tell me quietly that the reason they turned down by 250.00 designer pants with the tag still on them was because they had too many things. SO WHY DON'T THEY TELL YOU THAT ON THE PHONE BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!! Bottom line don't trust a business that isn't up front with you and don't waste your time taking anything here, unless you have nothing else to do with your time, but pack up and unpack all your things.
