This is the only place to go for braces and any dental work.
I have two children and myself and have personally experienced the dental work at 3 different practices in the area. Two in Frisco before finding this one.
1) Aesthetic Plus brace system is much more precise and superior to the Damon system. These are also much smaller brackets. I had the Damon system removed after 3 months and came here when they made me look worse than I where I started. The Damon system drives your teeth through a circuitous path to get in the right place..takes longer to get your end result (IMO) and makes for bad transitional phases. It's cheaper for dentist that uses the Damon system because they don't see you as frequently, yet it costs a lot more money.
2) Doctor Vi has an excellent eye for aesthetics and is a perfectionist. She was quickly able to correct the damage the other dentist did by better bracket placement in within a week I am back to a stage where I don't have to hide at home.
3) The doctor actually does all of the important work herself. Other places, have the assistants do things like band placement. My one son had an assistant glue a band on in the wrong tooth because the dentist didn't check even before the glue process.)
4) Melissa is a responsive knowledgeable assistant who is excellent at all the prepwork and followup care options and instructions (waterpik, soniccare, gummy goo, etc). Kim did a great job with making my mold. It is a very pleasant comfortable environment. Everything from the sunny lobby to the actual dental chairs
5) They respond to emergencies. I accidentally ate something with food coloring in it and turned all my pearl rubber bands yellow, I called Friday and Reanna got me in on a Saturday to replace them.
5) They actually do a minicleaning between each wire replacement. (Other places recommended I go pay for professional cleanings every 3 mos.)
7) Very reasonably priced, so that I could even afford all clear brackets!
