I HAVE BEEN SCREWED, TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND STOLEN FROM. TIM MASSENGILL, A FRAME REPAIR PERSON, WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY RICHARDSON BIKE MART. 3 MONTHS WENT BY AND MY FRAME IS READY. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT TIM MASSENGILL DECIDED TO SPEND $125 ADDITIONAL OF MY MONEY WITHOUT TELLING ME. ASKING HIM WHO TOLD YOU TO DO THIS AND HE HAS ZERO ANSWER OTHER THAN ""IF YOU WANT THE FRAME, THIS IS HOW MUCH IT IS"". HE EVEN OFFERS TO BY MY FRAME IF I DO NOT WANT TO PAY FOR IT. IS THERE A SCAM HERE? I THINK SO. WE INITIALLY AGREED ON A MAX PRICE WITH HIM STATING THAT IF IT RUNS MORE HE WILL LET ME KNOW. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. HARD TO BELIEVE THAT RICHARDSON BIKE MART WOULD USE SOMEONE LIKE THIS AND LET HIM DAMAGE THERE REPUTATION. BEWARE OF TIM MASSENGILL OF MASSENGILL FRAMES. I WILL BE TAKING HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND WILL PROBABLY INCLUDE RICHARDSON BIKE MART AS WELL SINCE THEY RECOMMENDED HIM.
