If you are smart - you will NEVER give this company your business - EVER.
They don't take responsibility for any complaint held against them, or for what any of their hotels/motels do to customers. Should you make a comment on their website, they will respond that ""someone from Guest Relations will get back to you"" but of course they never do. I did this 3 times.
Phone calls and emails dont get you any customer service either - they just ignore them. I talked to many people in this corporate office about my (now LEGAL) issue against them, and they couldnt care less. In fact, they kept shoving me off like some parasite that normally stays at one of their motels.
I took a chance and stayed at a Motel 6 - i know, i know, its a Motel 6, i shouldnt expect much service. But one would think that the corporate level would have better service than the motel level - not the case.
If at all possible - AVOID THIS PIECE OF TRASH. I REGISTERED ON YELP TO HELP OTHERS OUT AND TO MAKE SURE MY EXPERIENCE DOES NOT HAPPEN TO ANOTHER PERSON EVER AGAIN. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY, AND ANY COMPANY THEY MANAGE, YOUR MONEY.
