I took my 12 year old daughter for an evaluation with Dr Ferreira. We were greeted the moment we walked through the door. After a minimum amount of paperwork we were given a tour of the entire office and all procedures were explained. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about all products and procedures. Dr Ferreira is an absolutely genuine doctor that has your best interest at heart. There was no pressure to go forward with any procedure. He laid out the options clearly to us and allowed us to make the choice. When we went back the following week, after having only been there one time, we were greeted BY NAME as soon as we walked in the door. Try that at most places. The appointment was quick and on time and we were out the door happy that we had chosen to use Dr. Ferreira and his staff.
