Marc and I did a complex sale/ leaseback real estate transaction, involving all kinds of considerations that would have killed the deal with most sellers- from stock options to leaseback, I leased from him, he leased from me, I purchased the property. It was the perfect find- I could not have asked for a single thing! He was the DREAM landlord, seller, and tenant in a very complex transaction. He left enough on the table for us both to make money, and I ended up giving him 100% of what he asked for as well. Out of over 1,000 real estate deals I've done- this was memorable as one of the smoothest, which was 100% due to Marc's intellect and demeanor.
