They definately get five stars from me and I don't take service lightly, having worked in customer service for over 25 years. My water heater had gone out due to a leak in my roof. I had been without hot water for over a month. As a single mom, I did not have the funds to get it fixed right away. So I saved until I had enough to go buy one and pay for someone to put it in and haul the old one away. But, all that changed when I got the approval from the roofing company to cover the unit, but not installation, even though it was damaged by a roofing leak. Well, I had taken off Friday 4/1/11 to spend time with my oldest son on spring break, but decided to make a few calls for a new heater. I must say, I was very surprised when I got the follow-up call immediately from Roto Rooter to have someone come out and take a look, within the hour they were there, within the next hour the technician (Steve Hess) was on whis way to making sure I had hot water that day. What a phenominal technition. He was thorough, respectful, trusting, and was willing to work with a single mom on the cost of labor. He answered all my questions and even recommended clean up behind the heater. He confirmed that the water heater being moved was damaged by water, and showed me the standing water in the top of the water heater with the connectors. Thanks Roto Rooter for delivering professional service techs and thanks Steve, you truly have to one of the best in the business.
