Review content:
I had a major sewer block for about a week and I called another company to finally come and fix it. Well, they kept me waiting from 1-4pm and when I finally called they came up with an excuse and left me stranded. I immediately pulled out the Yellow Pages and called Roto-Rooter and they were at my house within the hour. Frank, the Roto-Rooter guy, came in and assured me he would get me up and running or I wouldn't pay. Well, he was there from 6-11pm and, hurrah- he got me up and running as promised. Seriously, if you need your plumbing problems fixed, don't waste your time with these other companies that can't bother to pick up their phone once 5pm hits......as the jingle says: Call Roto0Rooter. Thanks, Frank!!
