As always, my plumbing problems seem to occur on weekends. I have used Roto-Rooter before and they have always come right out. This time was no different! Nick (1247) came out and cleaned out the sewer line but found that part of it had collapsed (he looked at it with a camera after he cleaned it out.) That took 3 hours because it turned out to be a pain but he was polite and courteous and just a terrific ""front guy"" for Roto-Rooter. He never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or that he needed to get to any other appointment OR to dinner because he had worked right through dinner time! I couldn't have asked for more! Next on the list was getting permits, etc. and Aaron (3104) took that project over. I was concerned because I have a mother with dementia and I knew the water was going to need to be turned off for a period of hours. Aaron came out and dug a trench so that my mother could run water and it wouldn't back up into the basement. He was also very friendly, courteous and professional. I was a nervous wreck and he walked me through all of the necessary steps. I never actually saw Jay (3852) but he was right out there with Aaron making sure things were done in as timely a manner as possible. They actually had to do some extra work that they hadn't counted on and that took a few extra days but Aaron was amazing. He, his wife and his family were supposed to go on vacation but he put it off by a few days so he could follow through on OUR project until it was together, inspected and filled back in. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their highly trained, professional and friendly staff who, in my opinion, go above and beyond to take care of their customers! A big thumbs up to all 3 of you and any others who were out here helping to make MY life easier. You are much appreciated and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! My mother was in good hands and you guys are awesome!!!!
Pros: They come right out! They get the job done!!!
