I could not have had a better experience purchasing an engagement ring. I had been to the big box stores such as Kay's and Jared and they can not even compare to the personalized service I received from Chicago Diamond Experts. Wally was extremely helpful in helping me select a diamond and setting for the perfect engagement ring, he was very informative and provided me with a wealth of knowledge about diamonds. He provided me with plenty of time in making my final decision. My fiance and I will definitely be going back for all our diamond and jewelry needs. Thank you very much for your help in choosing something that will last a lifetime.
