I've been going to Emperors Kitchen in Brookfield for about 10 years now, and I don't think I've ever recalled a bad experience. I usually go there for the buffet, and there's always enough food for everyone. I only remember 1 time when there wasn't enough egg foo young out(and yes, they eventually got more out!), but it was also later in the lunch hour. The food is always fantastic, delicious, and very satisfying. Their prices are very reasonable as well. When I have gone for lunch they'll provide Chinese tea at no extra cost to you too. They get extremely busy, so if you had to wait 15 minutes for your egg roll, Miss Snobby', it's because they're trying their darndest to help you out as well. That makes me hungry! I""m going there today!
Pros: All around great food for value
Cons: sometimes it's very busy...get a little impatient waiting.
