Review content:
I used to visit CD Max quite often, but living in Menomonee Falls, it's about a 30 minute hike, so the trips have become few and far between. The last time I was there, I noticed they expanded into a very large space, and their selection of CD's, DVD's, and even Blu-Ray's are quite extensive. I've visited to both buy and sell, and my experiences have been positive for the most part. Now, when I say they could turn from good to great, this is what I mean: They've obviously got a huge selection of just about everything, which makes searching for something you're looking for specifically very time-consuming. My suggestion is to transfer your inventory into an online category, so people like me can search for what we're looking for from home before making the trip out to the store. Your online inventory could include number of copies, and the price range of all of them. You could even have s way to reserve a copy for up to, say, 2 hours so it's not gone by the time you get out there. In regards to selling, I know you have a system in place determining how much you will buy titles for. You could also make this available online. I've done things like this on the side for a few years, and I know the process sounds complicated, but once it gets set up, it's very easy to maintain. My guess is upgrading your business like this would bring in much more business. Just a thought, and I would be more than willing to take this on if it's something you might be interested in at some point in the future.
