It took 3 MONTHS to fix my car. To begin with I was in an accident not of my fault, I was t-boned in the passenger side. Art Walkers towing service was called to tow my car away from the accident without any problems. When I was asked who I wanted to repair my car, I told the insurance company that because they were helpful in towing my car that I would go ahead and let them fix the car. What A BAD IDEA that was. Just like a review before mine, the car sat for 2 weeks. I was told that they were ordering all the parts before they would begin. When they finally got the car inside it sat for another 3 weeks. I would call at least twice a week to get updates, and was told the same thing, it would be done in a week. That week turned into a total of 3 MONTHS. When it was finally finished I was excited to see how it turned out, I couldn't wait to see it finished. It looked like junk. Instead of new parts, they got used parts. The passenger side had 3 different shades of silver. The car was never aligned, nor were the tie-rods replaced like the quote called for. I could not believe it, I have never been so upset with anything or anyone like I was that day. When I complained they acted as if they did nothing wrong at all, like it was no big deal to them. When I told them I was not going to give them the check from the insurance company, they did the same thing as a reviewer before me, gonna hold the car for ransom. You know they say that ""what goes around, comes around"" I'll leave it at that.
