Review content:
Bad customer service! The Puyallup Lowe's across the street is better. I purchased a plastic panel for my florescent ceiling light at Home Depot. It needed to be cut to size. It was brittle and as I cut it and it cracked and broke so I went back to buy another, and asked if it could be cut to size for me. I did not have the correct type of knife at home to cut it. I was told that they don't ""do that anymore"", and the guy just told me to cut it, ""As if you were cutting glass"". Like I cut glass every day. I left and went to Lowe's. The man over there, Steven, was very helpful, and explained how to cut the plastic panel properly using my kitchen counter and household tools. He even gave me his own box knife, which was really going above and beyond! IncidentaIly, the quality of the plastic product I bought at Lowe's seems better--less brittle. I do value customer service, and the Puyallup Home Depot does not have it!
