I had a pest and home inspection done by Diverse Inspection Services. They were able to schedule right away. My agent was overwhelmed and impressed by the inspector's knowledge. She was even more impressed when Diverse provided the reports that same evening. Diverse's reports were simple to read and extremely thorough. He found more items than what were mentioned in the previous reports provided by the owner. I highly recommend them!
