My daughter who is nearly 14 and very well mannered went in today to buy me a wedding anniversary present. She was treated very poorly. She had a decent amount of money to spend, but the lady was very condescending to her. She came up 5 cents short, and waited while my daughter emptied her purse in search of the ever-elusive and bank-breaking 5 cents. Victory was hers when she found a dime! The snipy sales person returned her change telling her 'not to spend it all in one place'. I personally have made pricey purchases from this store before. I can tell you, I will never do so again. There is no excuse for being rude - period.
