I left my dress for a wedding up north to be dry-cleaned here. The day before the wedding, i took the dress out and it was not fully cleaned AND the ribbon to my dress was missing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i had to borrow someone else's dress. I called my sister to go to the drycleaner to see if they had it, and they did. They didn't even apologize but instead blamed it on us that we didnt ""tie the ribbon to the dress"". The same day that i left my dress, i also had my pants there to be hemmed. I came to pick them up today and they came out RUINED!!!!! the lines did not match up to the originals (not even CLOSE!). I took the pants back to let them know and instead of an apology, they turned it around and judged my character, which was WAY out of line between a business and its customer. the owner said that it was ""just a mistake"", and turned to my mom and told her to ""teach me better manners"". WHO would say that to a customer after they have ruined my pants???? and at the end, guess what i got? a bunch of screaming and no they did not give me back my money. THIS PLACE IS SO INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE THAT I AM WILLING TO WRITE THIS SO PEOPLE KNOW NOT TO GO HERE!!! if you want to see a picture of how horrible the pants were done, you can email me. I am so disappointed that I'm willing to show pictures to let people know how incredibly messed up this place is.
