I was referred to Kessler Jewelers by a satisfied customer whose word I trust, and am so glad I took her recommendation. I wanted a ring designed, but after talking to two other jewelers who gave my request what I considered was a disinterested quick-draw idea. Kessler took the time to listen to me, look at my rough sketches and newspaper clippings. When I left the store I was sure I was on the right track, and they assured me that I would be satisfied with my ring. It took a long time, but I wasn't in any hurry - getting it right was what I wanted. During this time I was kept aware of progress, and picked it up yesterday. BEAUTIFUL and exactly what I had dreamed of. then they resized my daughter's ring and checked my granddaughter's heirloom ring to be sure it was safe and not too worn to wear. Even though they had to go through several drawings , and put a spacer in the shank of my ring because of its size and weight, when I wrote my check it was for the exact amount quoted before they even began any work.
By the way, I called first to see if someone could see me when I arrived (sort of an appointment), so they were very welcoming when I arrived. It's so nice to be able to write something good these days. This has been a great experience, and I will see them again soon.
