Review content:
Oh my goodness, this is a terrible pharmacy! I've been to other CVS pharmacies and they were ok, but this one is overloaded and understaffed. The employees are ill-tempered and unhelpful. I used to get my prescriptions filled here, but they made too many mistakes. The last straw was when they gave me someone else's medicine! When I attempted to complain to the manager I was told he could do nothing and I should call the corporate office. Elsewhere in the rest of the store, the staff is indifferent and clearly unhappy. I think they do great business because they are located in the the major strip mall in Riverside, just off exit 5 on interstate 95. You can shop at the liquor store, the bakery, the supermarket, the post office, et. al. while you wait for your prescription to get messed up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
