I thought my experience was bad at the other RV dealer in South Windsor. This place is it's equal. very very rude and dishonest people. I guess they had problems with customers in the old MA store too and that closed down.
Be very careful around them. I am beginning to think the RV dealers are worse than the car dealers... much worse
