Review content:
We were in the market for a new vehicle and had driven Hondas in the past when we stopped at this dealer which has a relatively new owner. Both of the sales guys we encountered were very young (not sure what happened to the old staff) and eager to make a deal. IMO, they had been trained in hard core tactics
The sales manager, of course, needs to see the trade in, asks for your keys, and then keeps your them so you have to ask for them back. Super annoying.
I realize dealers are in business to make money and don't object to a reasonable profit; however, we walked out of this dealer due to the annoying sales staff.
