Brian came to clean our tile and when he was finished told us the floor would be tacky and sticky for 24 hours and it would disappear.The next day I came downstairs and attempted to steam mop the filmy residue of the floor as I did not want it tracked through our carpets.Imagine my surprise when I saturated 4 mop clothes and 6 more clothes with black dirt.This was unacceptable work for us paying 400 for a deep cleaning.I immediately sent an email to Brian with my concern and after 3 days he finally emailed me back insinuating it was my fault and if he could have come out to clean it it is not his problem.(We had no confidence in his cleaning skills at this point) then he told me to have a nice day.Nice customer service.We have been very nice to try and resolve this problem but he will not give us a partial refund which I believe is fair for the job not done.My husband finally talked to him and they verbally agreed on a 200 refund.When he came to our house he informed us he talked with his wife(who was not even part of this ordeal)and THEY agreed on a 100 refund.He does not stand behind his work and is dishonest.He would rather have 400 than happy satisfied customers who will spread the word to others.He also offered a refund to an unhappy customer on kudzu when they left him abad review without attempting to resolve but we could not be refunded after trying for a week to resolve?If you value your house do not let him near it.
