Review content:
We have had our mom at this place for a couple of years and we are planning on moving her out as soon as we settle a few areas. It has been nothing but a roller coaster ride. The facility is becoming a dump... the management won't spend the money to make needed improvements. The administrators turn over every year and they just put the cheapest one in they can find. The new administrator is never available and just plain uneducated about the place and the industry. People used to at least care but now its just a mess. Every important position turns over and we never know what is going on. NO one knows what is going on and no one can get questions answered. We deserve better. My mom fell two weeks ago and we were never notified. What a mess. Don't go...nothing but headaches.
