Businiess name:  Pat's

Review content:
Small and hidden among the somewhat lack luster city of Rahway New Jersey, Pat's is one of the few places I find myself returning to time and time again. It's set up as a cozy little cafe, with a 1930's theme, pin-up poster girls and a tin ceiling included. It has three great things going for it, great coffee, great food, and unique personality. If you're looking for some good breakfast, try some of the silver dollar-sized pancakes or the veggie-harboring omelets (carnivore specialties also abound). Loyalists treasure the blueberry pancakes, served 'Pat'-style with good grace and attitude, but if you're feeling adventurous, Pat's signature tangy barbecue sauce makes the perfect burgers. Pat's not just a name, she is the creator, owner and on many days the cook! After a few visit's she will likely be greeting you by name. Pros: coffee, food, service Cons: closes at 3 p.m.!
