Don't waste your time with these people. They tried to charge me an extra $6 ""surcharge"" on my card for using a credit card and tried to use the excuse that it was ""sales tax""... claiming that sales tax is 8% in New Jersey [Didn't tell me of how much the surcharge was until he gave me my receipt to sign]. Last I checked sales tax in NJ is 7%, making it $2.10... NOT $6!! Then the guy (presumably the owner) became belligerent when I asked them for an invoice breakdown of all the charges. He then changed his story saying the extra money was a ""surcharge""... but nowhere in the store was there a sign posted saying what the surcharge amount is. Meaning that he can arbitrarily charge whatever he wants for a ""surcharge"". Since he was belligerent I asked for a refund on my credit card, and he tried to refund the money less the surcharge he charged to begin with!!! That's not how it works in America, buddy. Finally after threatening to dispute the charge with the credit card company & mention a tax audit to him, he finally refunded me my full $36. Don't waste your time with this store, they are cheats.. And use that ""you pay me cash, I won't charge you salestax"" line, which in New Jersey is ILLEGAL. Still plan on notifying NJ Division of Taxation. Enjoy the audit, yaar. Pros: nothing Cons: horrible customer service
