Dr. Dahod is extremely knowledgeable in the field of Pediatrics & Gastroenterology. We first came to know him when he was a pediatrician FALLON. He is friendly, very attentive, patient and straight to the point kind of Doctor. However, his practice is not a ""conveyer belt"" type practice. At times he might be running a little behind schedule, but once you get into his office you will see why. He really takes his time with his patients and answers any questions you might have. His advice is very sound and assuring in a sense that he doesn't recommend or subject his patients to unnecessary treatments if there is a less intrusive (less invasive) treatment option available. We were concerned about our then newborn daughter, so we rushed her to ER and was later transferred to a bigger hospital for specialized care. The radiologist took some X-rays and determined that she seemed to have a very serious gastro-intestinal condition. They referred us to Dr. Dahod for treatment. Well, when we got to Dr. Dahod, he asked a few questions and then he simply concluded saying that they (the radiologists) just scared the pants off of us for nothing. He then proceeded to not only tell us what the symptoms would have been for that condition to exist (which we have yet to see), but also said what the possible options would have been for a treatment plan. He set another appointment with our daughter. He concluded by saying that he would review the X-rays from the hospital and call us if there is anything to be concerned about. It's been two months and no call from him about that. He did however return our call when our daughter wouldn't take the prescribed formula, which he did expect would happen, considering the taste. He advised about an alternative baby formula. Dr. DAHOD, M.D. ... YOUNG, INTELLIGENT MEDICAL SPECIALIST WITH OLD FASHIONED BEDSIDE MANNERS. I would recommend him to anyone!!
