Review content:
My husband and I just moved to the Philly area from the Southern US (where there are numerous Mexican restaurants that are excellent) and have been desperately searching for good Mexican food. This was definitely not it. We also went here based on the reviews and were very disappointed. The food was terrible and everything is extra. I mean a quesadilla that doesn't come with sour cream or guacamole? You can order it but it will cost you. They don't even give complimentary chips and salsa. And when you do order this stuff a la carte you get a tiny little ramekin sized portion. We ordered queso dip and it was barely enough to dip a few chips in. The food was a joke, my shrimp dinner was burnt. My husband's quesadilla was so thin and hardly had any meat in it. The service was mediocre and we couldn't even get margaritas. I wish someone would tell us where to get good sit down (with wait staff - not counter style) authentic Mexican food and margaritas in the suburbs of Philly. Cons: Everything
