I called this place 3 weeks before my sisters 60th bday, her colors for the party were yellow and orange. I spoke to a very nice woman who said she was the chef we worked out the color scheme for 150 cup cakes (I was going to do a cup cake tower). Maybe two weeks later I found out the r.s.v.p count was lower and called to lower order and spoke to THE RUDEST WOMAN EVER asked her for my total and she said this is the price and this is amount your getting you do the math.
Well long story short when I came to pick them up; No decorations, just plain white and brown with sprinkles. The owner said the second woman I spoke with wrote the order down incorrect. It was the day of the party, the owner said he would give me only 10% off and not take care of the problem in any way. He (THE OWNER!!!!) said he wasn't ALLOWED to do anything to help me.
Then the cupcakes were STALE!!!! The worse transaction EVER!!
