I say STAY AWAY, on my second visit things were worse than the first. The customer service is terribly POOR. I thought I just came on a bad day the first time, but today was a confirmation. The ladies room FILTHY, no paper towels to dry hands, these people were putting on FAKE eyelashes, but the kicker was they were using the same tweezers on everyone (not even cleaning them off between clients), the sink was DIRTY and in great need of some type of cleaner. I stood at the front desk at least 5 mins. before anyone even acknowledged that I was even there. But you do know they acknowledged that credit card FAST. Most african americans patronize this nail salon due to its location, but every chance I get I'm going to warn people about staying away from this big GERM. Ladies find another salon that cares about its clients and not just the money. It should be a necessity that when opening a business, the owner and its workers should be MADE to attend CUSTOMER SERVICE classes prior to the business being approved to open.
