My dog Sammy is two years old, and has belonged to my father until now when he was recently long-term hospitalized. Sammy has gone to Norine since her very first hair cut. When my father was hospitalized, I tried to reach Norine several times to arrange for an appointment. After several un-returned phone calls, I decided to go else where. Later, I find out, that Norine had told a neighbor, that she would only cut Sammy's fur if my neighbor took her. I believe that?s absolutely horrible customer service. He's not the primary owner of the dog, nor is he the one paying for the hair cut! She doesn't want my business, just because I'm not a personal friend, and my father and neighbor were. That's a horrible way to run a business.
