Fantastic massage from Rose. I've been training for a half-marathon and am not an athlete. Therefore, I had a lot of sore muscles and took advantage of the deep-tissue massage. Not only did she help revive those sore muscles, she gave me tips on how I can stretch better in order to prevent more soreness. I had some problem areas that she addressed by working on the areas that have caused the problem, not just the affected area. I'll be booking another session or two, very soon.
