My (now) fiance & I were looking at engagement rings with an idea of what we wanted in mind. We had a hard time finding what we were looking for and not much better luck with service. That is until we walked into the vault. We are a younger looking couple & they took us seriously right away. We discussed our ideas with them & they created it for us. We didn't have to wait for a designer to come to the store or anything! They crafted a model first we could approve & then go from there. They also helped us pick out one fantastic diamond. Gary & Ashley have been amazing to us & they helped us create one sensational ring- a heirloom our new family is certainty proud of!
