Yes, I am a fool! I purchased a Holiday Home in 2007 and have had nothing but problems with the home. The home was slapped together and it shows. Of course the house starts falling apart after the 1 year warranty. How convenient! Found out in February of 2009 that the sewer line from the house was not angeled the right way, causing back-up and $3,000 in repairs. Found out in 2011 that the shingles to the home were stapled on and only paper was placed under shingles, not tar paper. This caused damage inside the home and about $600 in repairs. Not financially prepared to spend $5,000 on a new roof on a 3 year old home. Shouldn't have to.
