I know that KNK gets alot of great reviews so I was surprised to see myself having such a bad experience with them, particularly the owner. Recently, my 2 huskies stayed there and were given more than the specified treat allotment that I had requested. They came home with diaharrea and wouldn't touch their food. When I called over there, the woman said to me ""I just threw their treats in their dog food bin so they might've gotten more than intended."" I said ""well that explains it! That's really not good at all."" Pretty irresponsible....The woman, instead of offering a sincere apology and remedying the situation, suggested I take my dogs to another kennel because ""obviously I was upset."" I was apalled! I asked to speak to the manager immediately and as she laughed she said ""I'm the owner!"" I've never been so mistreated for such a miniscule problem. This could have been handled so much better, but she insisted on sending me away instead of fixing the situation. Under her ownership, I will never take my dogs there again! There are other kennels in the AV who are much nicer.
